I’ve always been drawn to bold, vibrant fashion—brands like Farm Rio and Celia B speak to my love of colour and expressive style. Years of travel gave me the joy of discovering unique designers and curating a wardrobe filled with standout pieces. But with statement fashion comes a familiar dilemma: after wearing something a few times, it often feels too memorable to wear again.

At first, I began selling some of my pieces to make room for new finds. Then I had an idea—what if I could rent them out instead? It would let others enjoy these beautiful garments without the commitment of buying them for a single occasion. The only problem? I couldn’t find a rental platform in South Africa that offered the kind of pieces I was looking for.

And so, The Wander Wardrobe was born.

As the founder of Coconut Active back in 2012, entrepreneurship has always been part of my story. After living in Hong Kong, I returned to South Africa in 2023, ready to combine my love of design, fashion, and business in a new way.

The Wander Wardrobe is a curated collection of colourful, high-end designer pieces—available to rent for holidays, events, date nights, or everyday moments that call for something special. Because fashion should be joyful, expressive, and accessible—one outfit at a time.
