1. How does renting from Wander Wardrobe work? Think of us as your dream closet—without the commitment. Browse our bold and beautiful designer pieces, pick your faves, choose a rental duration (4, 8, or 30 days), and select your delivery date. We’ll deliver it straight to your door—fresh, fabulous, and ready to wear. When you're done turning heads, pop it back in the prepaid return bag and send it home. 2. When should I book? The earlier, the better—especially for events, holidays, and those “OMG I need this dress” moments. We recommend booking 5–7 days ahead, but you can plan up to 3 months in advance if you’re that organised (we’re impressed). 3. What if it doesn’t fit? We know the heartbreak of a zip that won’t zip. If your item doesn’t fit, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery. While we can’t offer refunds, we’ll do our best to offer a credit or wardrobe solution (because no one deserves a fashion flop).
4. Do I need to clean it before returning? No laundry stress here—we handle all the professional cleaning. Just wear, enjoy, and return it in the prepaid satchel provided. Champagne stains and glitter trails? We’ve got it. Minor wear and tear is expected—we’re not monsters. But major damage, loss, or red wine disasters may result in repair or replacement fees. Some high-value items include a refundable holding deposit at checkout, just in case. 5. What if I spill, rip, or damage the item? Yes please! Build your dream wardrobe for a weekend away, an entire holiday, or a week of “main character” moments. Add as many pieces as your suitcase (and budget) can handle. 6. Can I rent more than one item at a time? We deliver anywhere in South Africa—from Cape Town to Kruger. When choosing your dates, make sure you choose your starting date as they date you’d like your outfit to arrive. 7. Where do you deliver?

Can I extend my rental? Loving it too much to let go? Contact us before your rental ends to request an extension. If it's still available, we’ll gladly let you keep it a little longer (fees apply). 11. Can I buy the item instead of renting it? Sometimes! We occasionally list pre-loved pieces for purchase.
