Our Condition Standards

Condition Guide

All pieces must be clean, wearable, and authentic. Each item is thoroughly checked before being listed, then placed into one of the following condition categories: Pristine, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, or As-Is.

Pristine

Brand-new items.

• Fashion: comes with original tags, box, and dust bag.

• Jewelry: includes its box and/or pouch, and may or may not have tags.

Excellent

Looks new but without tags.

• Fashion: unworn, no visible signs of use.

• Jewelry: may have been gently handled. Packaging or dust bags may be missing.

Very Good

Light wear is noticeable.

• Clothing/Shoes: slight markings, fading, or minor wear.

• Bags/Accessories: soft corner wear, faint scratches, or interior signs of use.

• Jewelry: small scratches, nicks, or tiny dents.

Good

Moderate wear.

• Clothing/Shoes: creasing, visible marks.

• Bags/Accessories: corners rubbed, moderate scratches, or worn interior.

• Jewelry: medium scratches or dents.

Fair

Heavy signs of use.

• Clothing: possible seam stress, missing trims.

• Shoes: discoloration, deep scuffs.

• Bags/Accessories: heavily rubbed corners, obvious scratches, and interior wear.

As-Is

Significant wear; repairs may be needed.

• Fashion: holes, broken hardware, or major discoloration.

• Jewelry: requires professional repair.

Some items include extras like tags, boxes, dust bags, or authenticity cards. If provided, these will be noted in the product description.
